1. You'll get an email straight away Confirming your payment and what happens next. Nothing for you to do.
2. Your web address is sent off to be secured So that nobody else can register it. From that moment it's yours.
3. It goes live, and your website goes live with it Your site, your email address and your enquiry form all start working together.

That last step isn't ours to rush — it's the domain registry, and it takes anything from 10 minutes to 2 days depending on the address. Once it's yours it's yours. Until then, it's available to anybody.

Monthly rolling. Change your mind and you cancel in your dashboard — we stop charging you and close the site down. No hassle, no questions asked.

• You're asking us to register your web address for you. We do that through Cloudflare Registrar, at cost — we don't mark it up.
• By continuing you agree to Cloudflare's Registrar Registration Agreement and ICANN's rules for domain names, and you confirm the details you've given us are correct.
• Your web address renews automatically every year for as long as you're with us, and the cost is covered by your plan. We'll renew it up to 30 days before it expires so it can never lapse by accident.
• The web address is yours. If you leave, you keep it — tell us and we'll release it to you.
• If you cancel, tell us at least a day before your renewal date so we don't renew a name you don't want.

• You see your finished website, and change it as much as you like, before you pay a penny. That's when to decide.
• Monthly plans: cancel any time from your dashboard. Your site stays up until the end of the month you've paid for, then comes down.
• Paid for the year: you've got the site for the full year. Cancel whenever you like and it keeps running until the year you've paid for is up — we just won't renew it.
• Your web address is the one thing we can't refund — we buy it from the registrar the moment you order, that money is gone, and the name is yours to keep either way.
• We can cancel too, with 30 days' notice, and we'd refund anything you'd paid for time you hadn't had.

Because you're buying this for your business rather than as a consumer, the 14-day cooling-off period that applies to personal purchases doesn't apply here. We've set out what we do instead, above.
