That last step isn't ours to rush — it's the domain registry, and it takes anything from 10 minutes to 2 days depending on the address. Once it's yours it's yours. Until then, it's available to anybody.
Paying for the year
Paying for the year is a commitment both ways: you get two months free, and the year is paid up front. If you cancel partway through, your website keeps running until the year is up and then stops — there's no refund of the unused part, because the discount is what you got in exchange for committing. Your domain name stays yours either way.
About the lifetime plan
"For life" means for as long as MonaLisaa continues to trade. If we ever stop, you keep your domain name and we'll help you move your site somewhere else. Your 99p a month covers your domain renewal and hosting, and only changes if those costs change.
There are 50 of these and there will only ever be
50. That is a real limit, not a countdown clock that resets
overnight — when they are gone this page will say so.
What you're probably thinking
What's the catch at this price?
There isn't one, but there is a reason. Your site is built automatically, so it costs us almost nothing to make. We make our money from the people who later ask us to do their marketing for them. Most never do, and that is genuinely fine — you are not a loss to us either way.
Am I tied in?
No. It's monthly. If you change your mind, cancel in your dashboard — we stop charging you and close your website down. No hassle, no questions asked.
How do I change something on my site?
Log into your dashboard and tell the assistant what you want changed — new phone number, different wording, another service, swap a photo. It does it. You're not waiting on anybody.
Will the price go up on me later?
Not for you. The early bird price is locked for as long as you stay on the plan. If we ever change prices for new customers, yours stays where it is.
What if I don't like it?
You have already seen it — nobody is asked to pay before their finished website is in front of them. Change it three times before you decide anything.
I'm not technical at all.
You never touch anything technical. You answer a few questions, we do the rest, and when you want something changed you tell us and we change it.
