That last step isn't ours to rush — it's the domain registry, and it takes anything from 10 minutes to 2 days depending on the address. Once it's yours it's yours. Until then, it's available to anybody.
Paying for the year
Paying for the year is a commitment both ways: you get two months free, and the year is paid up front. If you cancel partway through, your website keeps running until the year is up and then stops — there are no refunds, only cancellation for change of mind or unused time. This does not exclude a refund or another remedy where we fail to provide what we agreed. Your domain is registered in your name; if you leave, it runs to the end of the term you've paid for and then lapses unless you take it over.
About the lifetime plan
The service continues for as long as MonaLisaa continues to trade. If we stop trading, you keep your domain name and we'll help you move your site elsewhere. The 99p monthly charge covers your domain renewal and hosting. We may change it on at least 30 days' notice. You can cancel any time in your dashboard, including before a price change takes effect. Your site stays live until the end of the paid period, then closes.

What you're probably thinking
What's the catch at this price?
There isn't one, but there is a reason. Your site is built automatically, so it costs us almost nothing to make. We make our money from the people who later ask us to do their marketing for them. Most never do, and that is genuinely fine — you are not a loss to us either way.
Am I tied in?
No. It's monthly. If you change your mind, cancel in your dashboard — we stop charging you and close your website down. No hassle, no questions asked.
How do I change something on my site?
Log into your dashboard and tell the assistant what you want changed — new phone number, different wording, another service, swap a photo. It does it. You're not waiting on anybody.
Will the price go up on me later?
We may change a price with at least 30 days' notice. You can cancel any time in your dashboard, including before a new price takes effect.
What if I don't like it?
You have already seen it — nobody is asked to pay before their finished website is in front of them. Change it three times before you decide anything.
I'm not technical at all.
